Job Duties

  • Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm to foster a welcoming and high-end facility atmosphere.

  • Lead facility tours for prospective members with the primary goal of converting inquiries into active memberships.

  • Answer all professional inquiries via phone and email using high-quality etiquette and energetic communication.

  • Execute all opening and closing operational procedures to ensure the club functions smoothly and securely.

  • Maintain a spotless facility through frequent bending, lifting, and walking to organize heavy equipment and straighten up common areas.

  • Coordinate and schedule startup sessions for members with the internal coaching staff.

  • Support administrative business duties including email management and potential assistance with social media, website, or marketing communications.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance for all assigned shifts to ensure consistent member support.

  • Comply with all internal company policies and procedures to uphold brand excellence and safety standards.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, energetic, and personable attitude in all member and guest interactions.

  • Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle professional correspondence and in-person sales.

  • Lift and move gym equipment weighing 25–45 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs occasionally to maintain floor standards.

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational tasks with administrative responsibilities.

  • Provide world-class customer service by proactively solving problems and maintaining a “no task is too small” attitude.

  • Commit to a fixed schedule that includes either evening or weekend availability.

  • Follow specific instructions for the application process, including the submission of a resume, cover letter, and availability.


Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, operations, executive assistance, or digital marketing is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field that supports long-term growth within the company is preferred but not required.

  • Proven track record of reliability and a “wear many hats” approach to team success.

  • Genuine passion for the Breuckelen Athletic brand and its focus on mental well-being through fitness.
