Talabat is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor for tMart, their innovative “cloud store” concept that provides 30-minute grocery delivery across the MENA region. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end shift operations, including staff supervision, inventory replenishment, and ensuring hypermarket-level pricing. You will work closely with the Store Supervisor to maintain seamless business continuity in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
The core responsibilities involve overseeing inbound receiving, stock control, and outbound fulfillment. You will be tasked with preventing stockouts or overstocking through diligent inventory assessments and cycle counts. Furthermore, the role demands a high standard of operational efficiency, requiring you to monitor picking and packing processes while strictly adhering to hygiene, safety, and security protocols during your assigned shift.
Successful candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in the supermarket or restaurant industry. Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential, with fluency in English and Arabic being highly advantageous.
