The Patient Journey Partner Internship is a six-month rotational development program designed for high-potential pharmacy graduates. No prior work experience is required, as the role focuses on accelerating professional growth through ecosystem engagement. Interns act as primary contacts for stakeholders, uncovering opportunities to transform patient outcomes by bridging the gap between Roche’s expertise and community needs.
