Are you a highly driven pilot with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence? We are currently seeking Direct Entry Captains to integrate into our expanding flight deck team. To qualify as a Captain for our A350 or A380 fleets, you must possess at least 7,000 hours of total flight time on multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft (please note that only hours logged in the operating seat of turbojet or turboprop aircraft are valid; simulator hours are not included in this total).
Compensation & Perks
Comprehensive Remuneration Package Benefit from a tax-exempt annual total compensation reaching up to AED 1,185,000 (USD 320,000). This value is comprised of the following:
Annual Net Cash: AED 575,000 (USD 155,000), which combines your annualized base salary and flight pay.
Monthly Net Cash: AED 48,000 (USD 13,000), calculated on an average monthly schedule of 85 flight hours.
Housing: Company-allocated accommodation including paid utilities.
Education Support: Schooling allowances of AED 52,250 for primary and AED 79,750 for secondary levels (covering up to 3 children).
Vacation: An annual leave allowance of 42 calendar days.
Travel: Confirmed Business Class leave tickets for yourself and dependents, with First Class upgrade eligibility.

Criteria for Selection
To qualify for a position as an Airbus Captain, the following requirements must be met:
A minimum of 7,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, helicopter, and single or multi-engine piston time).
At least 150 hours logged as Captain on Airbus FBW aircraft within the previous 12 months.
A current ICAO ATPL and a valid Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
ICAO English proficiency of Level 5 or higher.
Specific to the A380:
Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW wide-body models (A330/A340/A350/A380).
Must be actively serving as a Captain on an Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft.
Specific to the A350:
Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft (A320/A330/A340/A350/A380).
Must be actively serving as a Captain on an Airbus FBW aircraft.
(Note: Airbus FBW category does not include the A220)
