Job Duties

Requirements

  • Possess extensive experience leading digital marketing departments or large-scale performance marketing teams.

  • Demonstrate expert-level mastery of the Google Marketing Platform, including Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Ads 360.

  • Show a proven history of managing annual digital media budgets exceeding seven figures with documented ROI.

  • Exhibit a deep technical understanding of data privacy laws and their impact on digital tracking and targeting.

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to synthesize data from disparate sources into a cohesive growth strategy.

  • Communicate strategic visions effectively to both creative staff and analytical stakeholders.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, or a related field, with a preference for advanced certifications.

  • Maintain a high degree of technical agility to adopt and integrate new marketing technologies as they emerge.

  • Display exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring high-performing digital marketing professionals.

  • Reside in the New York metropolitan area to facilitate full-time, high-level strategic collaboration.
