Location: Full-Service Restaurant Operations Compensation: $17.00 – $18.75 / Hour Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Are you a perfectionist with a passion for presentation? The Cheesecake Factory is looking for a creative and high-energy Dessert Finisher/Barista to be the guardian of our iconic bakery case. In this role, you aren’t just serving dessert—you are delivering the “wow” factor that defines our brand.

From glazing our world-famous strawberries to crafting the perfect espresso, you will play a central role in our high-volume, award-winning culinary team.

The Role: Where Art Meets Atmosphere

As a Dessert Finisher/Barista, you balance the technical skill of a specialty coffee maker with the artistic eye of a pastry professional.

Your Day-to-Day:

• The “Final Touch”: Plate and finish desserts with extreme attention to detail, ensuring every slice of cheesecake meets our legendary presentation standards.

• Barista Craft: Operate professional espresso machines to prepare high-quality specialty coffee and espresso beverages.

• Operational Flow: Own your station from setup to breakdown, including labeling, dating, and rotating products using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

• Safety First: Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, with a keen awareness of food allergies and guest health.

• Team Synergy: Support front-of-house operations with clear communication and a “team-first” attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous background in restaurants, hospitality, or coffee service is preferred (but we offer world-class training!).

• Mindset: Adaptable, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume setting.

• Reliability: A dedicated professional who is punctual and takes pride in a consistent work ethic.

• Physical Stamina: Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
