Customer Service – Entry Level Management

Job Duties

• Brand Representation: Act as the face of major clients, providing professional and distinctive customer service to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.

• Campaign Execution: Participate in the setup and implementation of direct marketing and advertising campaigns across various NY locations.

• Promotion & Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to expose client products to new tiers of distribution.

• Market Development: Assist in ongoing market planning and the identification of new market opportunities for top-tier companies.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment on large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of personal accountability.

• Customer Interaction: Engage directly with the public in an in-person sales capacity, focusing on building rapport and closing new customer acquisitions.

• Reporting: Document customer feedback and campaign results to provide “one of a kind” market insights to the leadership team.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year to other branch offices for advanced training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience: Background in a team-related field (sports, clubs, or previous group work) is highly valued.
