Job Duties

Greet visitors and direct them to the correct internal departments.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.

Manage delivery logs for mail and packages destined for internal teams.

Maintain front desk security by overseeing visitor sign-in procedures.

Provide accurate information and support to customers and employees.

Coordinate appointments and maintain office calendars for staff.

Organize physical and digital documents to ensure administrative records remain current.

Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable throughout the day.
Requirements

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Possess basic computer proficiency and the aptitude to learn internal systems.

Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Maintain a professional demeanour in a fast-paced work environment.

Pass the required USPS Virtual Entry Assessment as part of the hiring process.

Communicate effectively with a diverse range of visitors and staff members.
Qualifications

Experience working in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.

Familiarity with administrative procedures and clerical systems is highly regarded.

Proficiency in using office software, email platforms, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.

High School Diploma or equivalent is typically expected for administrative roles.
