Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct internal departments.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.

  • Manage delivery logs for mail and packages destined for internal teams.

  • Maintain front desk security by overseeing visitor sign-in procedures.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers and employees.

  • Coordinate appointments and maintain office calendars for staff.

  • Organize physical and digital documents to ensure administrative records remain current.

  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable throughout the day.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Possess basic computer proficiency and the aptitude to learn internal systems.

  • Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Maintain a professional demeanour in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Pass the required USPS Virtual Entry Assessment as part of the hiring process.

  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of visitors and staff members.


Qualifications

  • Experience working in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.

  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and clerical systems is highly regarded.

  • Proficiency in using office software, email platforms, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is typically expected for administrative roles.
