  • To welcome customers with a warm smile and handle calls with efficiency, providing the support needed to ensure every guest feels comfortable and valued until they meet with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in telemarketing efforts and outreach during special promotional campaigns.

  • Offer friendly and helpful assistance to guests in person or over the phone, managing service bookings and providing clear guidance.

  • Provide a gracious welcome to service guests, ensuring they are comfortably seated and cared for while waiting for a Service Advisor.

  • Seamlessly guide each customer to the specific advisor best suited to handle their vehicle’s needs.

  • Reach out to customers post-visit to gather helpful feedback on their experience at the center.

  • Coordinate quick assistance for every guest to minimize wait times and boost overall satisfaction.

  • Assist the reception team in organizing and managing the flow of courtesy vehicles for our clients.

  • Help maintain a pristine and hygienic reception area, ensuring housekeeping standards always reflect our premium corporate image.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification

  • High School Certificate.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience specifically within the Automotive industry.
