Job Duties

• Greet every customer with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming restaurant atmosphere.

• Prepare real food by hand daily using classical cooking techniques without the use of freezers or microwaves.

• Operate multiple kitchen stations including the grill, prep, salsa, and expo with confidence and precision.

• Provide exceptional customer service at the cashier station while maintaining speed and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace across all stations to meet high safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient throughput and a positive guest experience.

• Learn and evolve within the kitchen to master large-scale cooking and food preparation tasks.

• Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the integrity of responsibly sourced ingredients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• No prior experience is required; background as a dishwasher, server, or cook is welcome.

• Willingness to learn and follow a clear career path toward management.
