Job Duties

  • Manage strategic relationships with high-impact professional creators to drive product understanding and long-term advocacy.

  • Act as a creator-facing product spokesperson across TikTok-owned channels, including appearing as on-camera talent for VOD and live sessions.

  • Write quick-turn scripts and develop narratives that translate complex product features into relevant stories for the creator community.

  • Identify and activate influential creators to serve as credible product advocates and foster trust across the broader ecosystem.

  • Drive creator participation in priority programs, pilots, and monetization initiatives through clear and outcome-driven communication.

  • Execute scalable and repeatable creator engagement programs that align with global business goals and timelines.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Comms teams to align creator initiatives with broader go-to-market strategies.

  • Synthesize creator feedback and behavioral insights to inform internal product development and organizational decision-making.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of professional creator incentives, pain points, and influence dynamics.

  • Leverage creator relationships effectively to meet specific product adoption goals and measurable performance metrics.

  • Speak credibly and professionally about technology products in both scripted and unscripted on-camera settings.

  • Manage complex programs with a high degree of organization, execution-focus, and follow-through.

  • Simplify complex technical or product concepts into clear, actionable communications for a diverse audience.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to bring the “voice of the creator” into product roadmaps.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in creator partnerships, product marketing, or community strategy within the tech or social media industry.

  • Minimum qualifications include a baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Background in supporting large-scale product launches or adoption programs is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, “Always Day 1” environment that requires constant iteration and resilience.
