Clean Team Member – Full-time / Part-time

Job Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a helpful and proactive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Keep coolers, fast lane merchandise, and store shelves fully stocked and organized at all times.

• Clean and maintain food service equipment to prepare high-margin products like coffee and fountain drinks.

• Sanitize and maintain windows, floors, shelving, counters, and gas pumps on a regular schedule.

• Perform daily restroom cleaning according to established store operating procedures and checklists.

• Maintain the exterior appearance of the store by cleaning the parking lot and surrounding grounds.

• Advise store management immediately regarding any identified maintenance or safety concerns.

• Practice safe working habits in strict alignment with company safety rules and regulations.

• Record all working hours accurately using the internal TOTS system.

• Support overall store goals by performing additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Speak, read, understand, and write the English language effectively for workplace communication.

• Demonstrate high energy and a strong work ethic in a physically active role.

• Climb a ladder to clean high surfaces, stock top shelves, or execute price changes.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

• Maintain professional interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and staff.

• Follow all Thorntons policies and procedures as outlined on the company intranet.

• Uphold ethical standards regarding the proper use of company funds and property.
