We are currently seeking curious, high-energy, and committed Baristas in Training (BITs). This isn’t just a job; it’s a paid pathway to becoming a certified specialty coffee professional. The Role: Learning While Doing

As a BIT, you are the backbone of our cafe’s daily energy. You’ll support our operations while undergoing rigorous, hands-on coaching to prepare for your full barista certification.

Key Responsibilities:

The Art of the Welcome: Provide inclusive, warm, and attentive service that makes every guest feel at home.
Precision Operations: Master our POS system, ensuring accurate order entry and professional cash handling.
Crafting Quality: Prepare non-espresso offerings—including drip coffee, cold brew, matcha, and seasonal specials—to our exacting standards.
Maintaining the Space: Keep the cafe organized, spotless, and safe by adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
Active Growth: Lean into feedback and training sessions to sharpen your skills and advance toward certification.
