What You’ll Do:

• Create Connections: Actively engage with customers, discovering their needs and making a positive impact on their day through pleasant and clear communication.

• Master the Craft: Through our world-class mentorship and training, you’ll learn to prepare premium food and beverages to exact standards—or customize them to a customer’s unique preference.

• Own the Environment: Work collaboratively with your team to keep the store running smoothly, maintaining a clean and welcoming “Third Place” for the community.

• Continuous Growth: Use a blend of digital and hands-on learning to expand your coffee knowledge and retail expertise.
