The Rewards

Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and location).

Your Day-to-Day

Craft & Create: Prepare specialty coffees, teas, and seasonal beverages strictly adhering to brand standards.
Culinary Support: Assist with food preparation and ensure all “grab and go” items are stocked and inviting.
Transaction Excellence: Accurately operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and manage daily deposits.
Environment Stewardship: Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and organized workspace. You’ll lead the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar to ensure health and safety compliance.
Customer Connection: Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide the high-level service Aramark is known for.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: Previous experience in a barista role, customer service, or cash handling is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic math and counting skills are required for inventory and till management.
Communication: Ability to read/write in English and follow complex recipes with precision.
Certifications: Willingness to complete Food Handling Certification as required by local laws.
Independence: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extended standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout your shift.
