The Role: Craft, Connection, and Care

As an Aramark Barista, you are more than a coffee maker—you are a brand ambassador. You will balance the art of specialty beverage preparation with the precision of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage & Food Craft: Prepare and serve premium coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to brand standards. Assist with food preparation and service in line with location guidelines.
Exceptional Service: Greet every guest warmly, anticipating their needs to deliver a seamless experience.
Financial Integrity: Accurately operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, balance cash drawers, and adhere to all cash handling policies.
Station Ownership: Set up and break down coffee bars and service stations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
Merchandising: Keep beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments fully stocked and presentable.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food handling and equipment use.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for independent, motivated individuals who take pride in their work.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or as a barista is highly preferred.
Skills: Basic math and counting skills are required. You must be able to read and communicate in English and follow specific recipes accurately.
Independence: Ability to work effectively with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
Compliance: Must follow the assigned dress code and complete Food Handling Certification as required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing/walking.
