Location: Cafe / Thrift Store Hybrid Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time) Pay: $13.50 – $15.50/hour + Daily Tip Split

Are you a caffeine enthusiast with a passion for vintage finds? Thrift n’ Sip is looking for a bilingual, high-energy Barista to join our unique café and thrift store concept. This isn’t your average coffee shop—we are a community hub where great drinks meet great style.

If you have a knack for crafting the perfect brew, a love for bubble tea, and a personality that makes every customer feel like a regular, we want you on our team.

The Role: Crafting Drinks & Community

At Thrift n’ Sip, the Barista is the face of our hybrid space. You’ll be responsible for fueling our shoppers with top-tier beverages while keeping the vibes high and the station spotless.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Crafting: Prepare a diverse menu including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialized bubble tea.
Bilingual Hospitality: Provide a warm, professional welcome to new and returning guests in both English and Spanish.
Bar Management: Proactively monitor and refill essential supplies, including espresso beans, coffee grounds, and bubble tea powders.
Maintenance: Ensure the café and bar areas remain clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift.
Efficiency: Balance drink preparation with attentive customer service in a multi-use retail environment.

What You Bring to the Counter

We are looking for an experienced professional who is as organized as they are outgoing.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced barista or café role (Required).
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse community.
Drink Knowledge: Comfort working with both traditional coffee setups and bubble tea ingredients.
Availability: Ability to commit to our 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
Soft Skills: A consistently cheerful attitude and a proactive approach to restocking and cleaning.
