Your Role as a Gregorys Barista

• Craft the Experience: Prepare specialty coffee and espresso drinks to our high standards. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you the latte art!)

• Fresh From the Oven: Help bake our signature scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh every single day.

• Set the Vibe: Create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment for both your teammates and our “Gregulars.”

• Keep it Sharp: Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards through delegated tasks and station organization.

• Stay Curious: Embrace change and show an open-mindedness toward learning new techniques and menu items.

What You Bring to the Team

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as reach, kneel, and climb stairs for inventory.

• Strength: Regularly lift and move up to 30 lbs (think milk crates and coffee bags).

• Dedication: A commitment to completing all training materials to master our menu and service style.
