Requirements and Skills

2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.

Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon’s internal processes.

Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon’s restricted products policy.

Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
The Role
In this position, you will be the primary strategist for Seller Central troubleshooting, specifically focusing on our supplements portfolio. Your daily mission involves submitting and managing cases, handling escalations, and ensuring our ASINs remain live and compliant. You will bridge the gap between backend technicalities and brand operations, acting as the guardian of our listing health and operational efficiency.
