Compensation & Perks

Total Pay and Benefits Package Receive a tax-exempt annual compensation package valued at up to AED 900,000 (USD 245,000). This comprehensive offering consists of:

• Annual Net Cash: AED 385,000 (USD 105,000), which includes your annualized base salary and flight pay.

• Monthly Net Cash: AED 32,100 (USD 8,750), calculated on an average of 85 flight hours per month.

• Housing: Company-provided residence with utilities included.

• Education Support: Schooling allowances of AED 52,250 for primary and AED 79,750 for secondary levels (covering up to 3 children).

Criteria for Selection

To qualify as a First Officer, you must have at least 2,000 hours of total flight time. Candidates with more experience (4,000+ hours) may be eligible for a higher salary tier.

Boeing 777 Requirements:

• Minimum 2,000 hours total time on aircraft ≥ 20T Jet (excluding P3, rotary, and piston aircraft).

• Minimum 1,000 hours on Boeing types.

• Currently operating a Boeing type.

• At least 150 hours on type within the last 12 months.

• Valid ICAO ATPL and current Class 1 Medical.

• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.

Airbus A380 & A350 Requirements:

• Minimum 2,000 hours total time on aircraft ≥ 50T Jet (excluding P3, rotary, and piston aircraft).

• Minimum 1,000 hours on Airbus FBW.

• Currently operating an Airbus FBW.

• At least 150 hours on type within the last 12 months.

• Valid ICAO ATPL and current Class 1 Medical.

• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.

Enhanced Package Qualifications:

• 4,000 hours total time on aircraft ≥ 20T Jet (excluding P3 and rotary).

• At least 2,000 hours total time on aircraft ≥ 50T Jet.

• ICAO English Level 5 or higher.

For Pilots with a Frozen ATPL: Candidates holding a Frozen ATPL (CPL + completed ATPL Theory) may be considered for assessment, provided they accept our specific FATPL terms and conditions.

Ensure the following are attached to your application:

• Updated CV and Passport copy.

• ATPL with current type-rating (or CPL + ATPL Theory results if Frozen).

• Class 1 Medical without limitations (except for vision).
