This represents a distinctive path for you to become an Airbus First Officer featuring a premium compensation structure and a fast-tracked route to the Captain’s seat. To qualify for this progression, you are required to complete at least 700 actual flying hours from the right-hand seat and pass two separate Evidence Based Training (EBT) recurrent modules. Provided you uphold our rigorous performance benchmarks and demonstrate the necessary leadership aptitude, you will become eligible for a rapid promotion to command through a dedicated assessment phase and upgrade training program.
Compensation & Perks

Annual Net Cash: AED 445,000 (USD 120,000), which represents your combined annualized base salary and flight pay.
Monthly Net Cash: AED 37,100 (USD 10,000), based on a standard monthly schedule of 85 flight hours.

Education Support: Schooling allowances of AED 52,250 for primary and AED 79,750 for secondary levels (for up to 3 children).

Criteria for Selection
To be accepted into our Accelerated Command initiative, you must possess the following professional background:
A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, helicopter, or single/multi-engine piston time).
At least 2,000 hours of command experience on Boeing or Airbus FBW aircraft types.
A minimum of 1,000 hours of command experience specifically on Airbus FBW models.
Recent experience flying an Airbus FBW type within the last 3 years.
At least 150 hours logged on Airbus FBW or Boeing aircraft within the previous 12 months.
A current ICAO ATPL and a valid Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
ICAO English proficiency of Level 5 or higher.
(Note: Airbus FBW category does not include the A220)
