We are seeking cabin crew members who possess a radiant personality and the versatility to handle any circumstance while ensuring our passengers feel comfortable. As the primary representative of the Emirates brand, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests requiring assistance or guidance during their journey; therefore, remaining approachable, attentive, and helpful is essential.
The responsibilities of our crew extend far beyond hospitality—safety remains our primary focus. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and authority when overseeing onboard services, security protocols, and safety measures. These vital skills are cultivated through the premium training programs provided at our cutting-edge aviation academy located in Dubai.
Criteria for Selection
Beyond the core mission, we look for the following attributes and qualifications in our potential crew members:
A minimum of one year of professional experience within the hospitality or customer service sectors.
An optimistic outlook and an innate talent for delivering superior service within a diverse team, effectively interacting with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
Completion of high school education (Grade 12) as the minimum academic requirement.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
A physical stature of at least 160cm, with the ability to reach a height of 212cm while on your toes to ensure access to emergency gear across all aircraft models.
An absence of visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates uniform (the use of makeup or bandages to hide them is not permitted).
A willingness to reside in Dubai and the eligibility to fulfill the employment visa criteria of the United Arab Emirates.
In addition to these standards, you must be committed to excellence, possess a problem-solving mindset, and be capable of handling a rigorous flight schedule. We value individuals who provide genuine customer experiences, maintain cultural sensitivity, and embody the Emirates spirit: professional, compassionate, forward-thinking, and globally-minded.
