As an F&B Supervisor, you are responsible for the “Pulse of the Room”—ensuring that every guest interaction translates into a positive experience while simultaneously driving the financial success of the department.

Operational Excellence & Revenue

  • Revenue Driving: Implement upselling strategies and monitor daily sales to maximize profitability within the F&B outlets.

  • Service Oversight: Maintain a constant presence on the floor during peak hours to ensure service flow remains seamless and high-standard.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of food presentation, beverage quality, and sanitation to uphold Hilton’s global brand standards.

Leadership & Team Synergy

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor F&B team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timing and guest requests are perfectly synchronized.

  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns immediately and effectively, turning potential issues into opportunities for “Guest Recovery.”


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience specifically within the Food and Beverage sector (hotel experience preferred).
