Full-Time Nanny-Household Manager needed in Chicago, IL 60649 (South Shore)

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nanny-Household Manager to join our family in a long-term capacity. Our primary focus is the care of our 2-month-old daughter. Because she has a G-tube for feeding, we are seeking a caregiver who is medically comfortable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn (full training will be provided). This role is a blend of specialized newborn care and proactive household management, perfect for someone who loves to stay busy and find ways to make a home run more smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Specialized Newborn Care: Full daily care for a 2-month-old, including G-tube feeding (after training), dressing, and maintaining a gentle routine.

• Developmental Engagement: Focusing on milestones through tummy time, reading, singing, and age-appropriate play.

• Household Management: Running errands, putting away groceries, watering plants, and managing organizational projects.

• Daily Upkeep: Handling baby laundry, bottle washing, nursery organization, and tidying common areas.

• Pet Care: Assisting with feeding the family dog.

Schedule & Requirements

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Commitment: Seeking a long-term fit to grow with our family.

• Transportation: Must be able to drive for errands and future activities.

• Pet Friendly: Must be comfortable and kind toward our dog.

• Qualities: Reliable, organized, and comfortable with medical support tasks.
