Job description
We are seeking a dedicated, professional full-time nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby. Our family’s top priorities are safety, healthy sleep habits, and early childhood development. We are looking for a calm, dependable “partner in parenting” who understands the nuances of the newborn/infant stage and can provide a nurturing environment while we are at work. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, enjoys being active outdoors with our dog, and takes pride in maintaining a tidy, organized space for our baby to grow.
Core Priorities & Responsibilities

Infant Development: Providing age-appropriate stimulation, including tummy time, reading, and sensory play to meet milestones.

Routine Management: Strictly following established sleep and feeding schedules to ensure the baby is well-rested and nourished.

Pet Care: Taking our dog for a daily walk.

Household Support: Assisting with infant-related chores, including baby laundry, bottle sterilization, and keeping common areas tidy.

Safety: Maintaining a vigilant eye on the baby’s well-being at all times (CPR certification is required).
Schedule & Requirements

Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for occasional late work days).

Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $29.00/hour.

Who we’re looking for: A non-smoker who has attended college and has their own reliable transportation.

Personal Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable backup care plan for yourself if you are ever unavailable.
