Job description
We are seeking a thoughtful and research-informed nanny to care for our 7-month-old in a way that aligns with our specific family values. Our ideal candidate is someone who stays curious about infant development and is eager to implement best practices through active engagement and a safe, mindful environment. We are looking for a caregiver who respects a screen-free, gender-neutral, and low-tox approach to ensure our baby grows up in a consistent and nurturing atmosphere.
Core Requirements and Schedule

Starting on March 5, 2026.

Hours: 9:30-4:30 on Thursdays and 8:30-4:30 on Fridays (with possibility to change days).

Keeps up to date on current research for an infant and follows those recommendations.

Includes daily reading, talking, singing, going on walks, safe sleep and eating practices.

Up to date on all vaccines (including flu and covid) is a must.

No screens around the baby (during naps is ok!).

Not gendering the baby in any way.

No plastics or perfumes around baby.

Requirements: Comfortable with pets.
