Job description

We are opening our home to a dependable and nurturing nanny to care for our infant beginning in March 2026. Our goal is to establish a trusting, long-term relationship with a caregiver who can adapt to our family’s changing needs as we transition through different phases of the year, moving from a standard weekday routine to a more flexible summer and eventually a full-time commitment.

Core Requirements and Schedule

• March–April: approximately 5–7 hours per day, weekdays

• May–August: part-time, up to 20 hours per week, schedule to be agreed in advance

• From September: full-time, regular schedule

• Has experience with infants

• Is a non-smoker

• Ideally has references and infant CPR/First Aid

• Is up to date on routine vaccinations (including flu and COVID boosters, as applicable)

• How often: Full time

• Hourly rate: $19.00 – $25.00/hour

• Who we’re looking for: Non-smoker

• Who you’ll care for: 1 Child aged 0 – 11 months

• Mon: 6-9am, 9-12pm, 12-3pm

• Tue: 6-9am, 9-12pm, 12-3pm

• Wed: 6-9am, 9-12pm, 12-3pm

• Thu: 6-9am, 9-12pm, 12-3pm

• Fri: 6-9am, 9-12pm, 12-3pm

This is a great opportunity for a health-conscious professional who values a collaborative environment, as you’ll occasionally coordinate with Dad or Grandma during the summer months. While Mom often works from her home office, you will have the autonomy to manage the baby’s daily needs and play.
