As a Birch Barista, you are the face of our New York community. You are a technician behind the bar and a host in the front of the house, ensuring every guest feels the “Birch vibe.”

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Impeccable Hospitality: Create meaningful, empathetic interactions with guests and maintain a supportive, unified environment with your teammates.

• Master the Menu: Stay sharp and knowledgeable on all our seasonal offerings through consistent tastings and updates from store leadership.

• Unified Operations: Work as one unit with your team to support the store’s needs, striving for the common goal of excellence and efficiency.

• Take Ownership: Show up for every shift ready to give 100%, taking pride in the cleanliness of the space and the quality of every drink served.
