Primary Goal Manage the end-to-end flow of factory parts, from receipt and documentation to storage and shipping, supporting onsite technicians.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments.


• Manage inventory via weekly cycle counts and SAP entries.


• Pick parts for heavy-duty technicians.


• Perform inter-branch deliveries and local parts pickups.


• Maintain facility cleanliness and warehouse equipment inspections.


• Work in various climate conditions and assist other teams as needed.
Required Experience 2 years of relevant warehouse experience (Automotive/Bus/Truck industry).
Requirements

• High School Diploma.


• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License (for Calgary area deliveries).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).


• Physical mobility to navigate a large parts department.
Preferred Assets Forklift operation experience and knowledge of SAP software.
