Key Responsibilities: The “Annotation & Segmentation” Cycle

You are responsible for “cleaning” and structuring raw audio data so that machine learning models can learn from it.

Audio Segmentation: Listen to long-form recordings and manually split the audio into distinct interactions (User Request vs. Assistant Response).
Contextual Grouping: Identify follow-up questions or repetitions and ensure they are kept within the same logical segment to maintain conversational flow.
Quality Flagging: Detect and flag “Edge Cases,” such as unclear audio, background noise, or synthesized (fake) voices that could corrupt the AI training data.
Manual Integrity: Adhere to strict project rules that forbid the use of AI tools or speech-to-text software; every segment must be defined by a human ear.
Platform Management: Utilize Centific’s proprietary online platform to upload, tag, and organize annotated data.

The “Linguistic Specialist”: Someone with Fluent French skills and a deep understanding of regional accents, slang, and cultural context.
