Core Responsibilities

  • VIP Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated, single point of contact for Alberta’s top-tier players, fostering long-term loyalty through “Integrity-first” communication.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute bespoke marketing campaigns and loyalty initiatives tailored specifically to the interests and behaviors of VIP customers.

  • Event Hosting: Coordinate and host exclusive in-person experiences, from luxury suites at Calgary Flames games to high-end hospitality events across the province.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), including churn rates, handle, and net gaming revenue (NGR), adjusting strategies in real-time.
