Mastercard is seeking a visionary and high-impact Vice President (VP) to lead the Specialist Sales division for Identity & Security Solutions across the EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This is a critical executive appointment within the Security Solutions Organization (SSO), tasked with safeguarding the global digital economy while enabling frictionless commerce.

Based in Dubai, the regional lead will orchestrate the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a sophisticated portfolio covering Identity, Financial Crimes, Fraud Solutions, and Payments Cyber . This role requires a “player-coach” who can navigate complex matrix environments, influence C-suite stakeholders, and transform the regional sales model to unlock accelerated growth. You will be at the forefront of Mastercard’s mission to make every transaction secure, simple, and smart.


Key Responsibilities

The VP of Identity & Security Specialist Sales is the primary architect of regional revenue and market adoption:

  • Strategic GTM Execution: Define and lead the regional execution for Mastercard’s security product lines, ensuring alignment with global SSO objectives and local market nuances.

  • Sales Model Transformation: Partner with regional leadership to evolve the sales model, unlocking new revenue streams through Ethoca, RiskRecon, and Recorded Future integrations.

  • Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Own the regional sales funnel from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent over-performance against new business and retention targets.

  • Specialist Team Leadership: Build, coach, and certify a world-class team of sales leaders and account executives, fostering a culture of high performance and career growth.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with B2B Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership teams to ensure a seamless client lifecycle and robust lead generation.
