Job Description
Do you believe that those who served our country shouldn’t have to fight another battle just to get the benefits they earned? Maverick XM is seeking a Veteran Ambassador to join our Ottawa team. We aren’t just staffing a booth; we are mission-driven advocates. If you have the “grit” to stand on your feet for a long weekend and the “wit” to speak the language of the Canadian Armed Forces to build instant rapport, you are the Ambassador we need.
In this role, you are a “Clarity Specialist.” You understand that the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) process can be a source of immense anxiety for many. Your goal is to provide the assurance and information that encourages a veteran to take that first, vital step toward their rewards. We look for “Integrity-first” professionals who are “obsessively passionate” about results—those who can hunt for leads with a sales mindset while maintaining the empathy required for sensitive veteran support.
Joining Maverick XM means joining a high-energy team that values performance and purpose. We offer a competitive wage with significant bonus potential, plus we cover all the logistics of your travel so you can focus on the mission. This is a “flexible-schedule” role where you can make a measurable difference in the lives of Canadian heroes. If you are a self-motivated professional with a commitment to “Excellence in Advocacy,” we invite you to email your resume and cover letter to taylor@maverickxm.ca.
