Role Summary

We are hiring a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on both product interfaces and brand visuals. You should be able to design beautiful app screens, landing pages, dashboards, and also create high-quality marketing graphics, social media creatives, illustrations, and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research and create user personas.
• Design intuitive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create polished UI layouts for mobile, web, and dashboard applications.
• Develop and maintain our design system and component libraries.
• Produce high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, website banners, pitch decks, presentations, and ads.
• Create icons, illustrations, marketing visuals, and brand identity materials.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print assets.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer AND Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing app interfaces, prototypes, and graphic design work.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (optional).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design systems.
• Ability to convert requirements into high-impact visuals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, or mobile apps.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus (Lottie animations, After Effects).
• Basic understanding of front-end implementation (React, HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
