Job Overview: Truck Unloader & Stock Organizer (Part-Time)
Chick-fil-A in Humble, TX, is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented individual to manage their overnight inventory and stock organization. Because this is a high-volume location, the “Truck” role is essential to ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for the breakfast rush and daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, early-morning hours (12–15 hours per week) that leave the rest of the day open for other commitments.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
Inventory & Quality Control

Receiving: Meet the distributor and receive product shipments during overnight/early morning hours.

Audit: Check incoming products for accuracy and condition, collaborating with the Director team to report damaged or missing items for credits.

Product Rotation: Move stock to the appropriate shelves using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation procedures to ensure food freshness.
Organization & Timing

Strategic Staging: Ensure all stock is put away and organized before the restaurant opens at 6:00 AM.

Area Maintenance: Keep the back-stock area, including walk-in coolers and dry storage, clean and professionally organized.

Efficiency: Work at a fast pace to meet the 6:30 AM shift end-time while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
Physical & Educational Standards

Strength: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Compliance: Ability to follow strict food safety and storage instructions.
