Job Overview:
As a Travel Consultant, you will guide clients through every step of their travel planning—from flights and accommodations to tours and transport—ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. You’ll use your knowledge of destinations, industry trends, and reservation systems to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets.

• Research and recommend flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation options.

• Manage bookings accurately and provide complete itineraries.

• Advise clients on visas, travel documents, and insurance requirements.

• Suggest enhancements such as upgrades, excursions, or special services.

• Stay current on travel destinations, trends, and supplier offerings.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

• Follow up post-travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Customer service, sales, or travel/hospitality experience is an asset.

• Knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality sector a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Comfortable using booking and reservation software, and basic computer programs.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Passion for travel and sharing destination knowledge with clients.

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time (~30 hours/week) with flexible scheduling.

• Competitive pay: $35/hour.
