Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, share your product knowledge, and support operational processes. You’ll help customers discover the latest styles, provide excellent service, and collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable brand experiences

• Support store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist with store opening, closing, and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Completed job readiness training at one of Gap Inc.’s nonprofit partners is preferred

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning

• Comfortable using technology to support customer engagement

• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
