About this role:
The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) markets products and guarantees premier merchandising, including constructing showcases, stocking merchandise, and refilling enduring secondary fixtures while ensuring all sanctioned Hershey products remain available for purchase.
Hershey Canada is seeking an energetic individual for a part-time role within our Sales Division as a Territory Sales Associate in Edmonton, Alberta. This opening will specifically appeal to those desiring part-time sales work within a stable region while receiving an appealing pay and benefits package!
What will you do:
• Market and preserve total distribution of all sanctioned Hershey products in the designated region. Guarantees perfect store-level implementation of Corporate Sales and Merchandising Strategies (Retail Execution Plan) across diverse vendors
• Reach all display goals through the productive employment of Permanent Secondary Displays and alternative showcase tools defined in the Retail Execution Plan
• Documentation of weekly performance, costs, rival movements, client updates, deals, and all clerical duties within the designated region
• Documentation of Daily performance via mobile tablets, filed at the conclusion of every workday
• Accountable for Sales Region – fluctuates based on regional dimensions, quantity of vendors, and geography
• Collaborating to verify shop aesthetics and product showcases align with strategies, sales records, and fresh arrivals
• Advising purchasers, marketing teams, and vendors on item placement and exhibition strategies
• Designing and organizing the aesthetic exhibition of products, encompassing shop floorplans and showcases
• Mentoring sales personnel on products to empower them to recommend the right items to fulfill consumer requirements
What We Need:
• 1- 3 years of marketing experience with a firm grasp of sales methods in the consumer packaged goods sector preferred
• Understanding of, and the capacity to create and employ plans, habits, and instruments for interacting with retail clients and overseeing daily store workflows
• Capacity to hoist up to 30lbs
• Current Driver’s license and a clean operating record are mandatory
• Individual vehicle insurance meeting at least the legal minimum for liability
• Must live within the geographic limits of the designated region
• Robust evaluative, systematic, and scheduling abilities
• Robust verbal and literacy communication talents with superb relational skills
• Proven capacity to operate autonomously within a collective setting
• Precise and attentive with innovative perspectives
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and acquainted with iPad hardware
