Job Overview:
As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide desktop, laptop, and mobile IT support across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. You will troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues, manage service requests, and deliver excellent customer service while collaborating with IT teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including VPN, LAN, and firewalls

• Manage service requests using ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or other ticketing systems

• Assist with computer hardware inventory, upgrades, and maintenance

• Document solutions and support activities for future reference

• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues efficiently

• Provide clear and effective communication to non-technical users

• Support enterprise applications like Microsoft Office and other business tools

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support

• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with networking, VPN, firewall, and LAN configurations

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy preferred

• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

• Passionate about IT support and providing outstanding customer service
