Job Overview:
The Technical Lead will provide day-to-day leadership to development teams, architect complex software solutions, ensure adherence to best practices, and serve as a technical escalation point. You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute directly to code and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

• Understand complex applications and system integrations to guide solutions.

• Identify gaps in current systems and direct resolutions.

• Enforce technical best practices, including documentation, peer review, and auditability.

• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, BAs, and other technologists to ensure solution integrity.

• Contribute hands-on to troubleshooting, incident triage, and complex coding challenges.

• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

• Foster accountability, technical quality, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of IT/technical experience with hands-on roles such as developer, DBA, or systems analyst.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams (tactical leadership).

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to quickly learn complex technical environments and guide teams effectively.

• Comfortable in client-facing discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
