Job Overview
As a Support Personnel, you will provide direct, individualized care, assist with daily living activities, administer medications, facilitate community involvement, and collaborate with the Home Support Team to ensure consistent, high-quality support aligned with COR’s values and philosophy of care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Class 5 driver’s license

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, weekend, and overnight support

• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

• Previous experience supporting people is an asset

• Submission of a criminal record check including vulnerable sector search

Qualifications

• Post-secondary experience in education, social work, health studies, psychology, kinesiology, or related fields is an asset

• Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate confidence in supporting others

• Commitment to personal growth, innovation, and proactive problem-solving
