Unique Job Description

Position: Supervisor – Network Operations — The Architect of Provider Partnerships

Are you a “Network Navigator” who knows how to spot a fraudulent claim and negotiate a better discount in the same breath? NAS Neuron is looking for a Supervisor of Network Operations to lead our expansion in Abu Dhabi. We don’t just sign contracts; we build the medical infrastructure that keeps the UAE healthy. This isn’t a desk-bound admin role; it’s a mission for a “Market Strategist”—someone who can walk into a hospital and ensure that our pricing remains the most competitive in the Emirates.

In this position, you are the face of our network. You will spend your days traveling the AUH territory, conducting “mystery shopper” audits to ensure quality care, and negotiating the fee schedules that define our market edge. Whether you are training a new clinic on our EDI systems, resolving a complex claim reconciliation, or briefing the HOD on the latest market trends, your “5 years of UAE insurance experience” will be our greatest asset. You thrive in an environment where “due diligence” is a daily habit and where your ability to build trust with providers directly improves the experience for our insured members.

We are looking for a bilingual professional (English/Arabic) with the “analytical grit” to manage a provider database and the “communication skills” to influence healthcare leaders. If you are ready to take ownership of a major territory and want a role where your “fraud-detection skills” and “negotiation mastery” are rewarded, NAS Neuron offers you a premier platform to grow. Join us in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and let’s engineer a more transparent and efficient healthcare network together.
