Job Overview
As a Stylist – Retail Sales Associate, you will create aspirational looks that resonate with customers, combining trend knowledge and personal styling expertise. You’ll engage authentically, drive sales, and help foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that strengthens customer loyalty and elevates the brand.

Responsibilities

• Draw inspiration from style icons and influencers to meet customer styling needs

• Connect and engage authentically with customers to understand their preferences

• Serve as a Brand storyteller, creating experiences that drive sales and store goals

• Demonstrate values and behaviors aligned with Banana Republic’s culture

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed

• Foster an inclusive environment where customers and colleagues feel a sense of belonging

Qualifications

• Styling experience in luxury or trend-driven fashion

• Strong knowledge of designers, brands, and seasonal trends

• Effective communication and customer engagement skills

• Flexible and adaptable scheduling

• Ability to maneuver around salesfloor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 30 lbs

• Passion for hospitality, fashion, and styling

• Team player with a positive, curious “can-do” attitude
