About the Role
In the position of a Banana Republic stylist, you will assist in developing high-end and contemporary outfits that strengthen the shopper’s personal bond with the label. What You’ll Do
• Draw motivation from reputable and pertinent couture sources, such as modern fashion figures and trendsetters, and apply that creativity by addressing shopper fashion requirements
• Interface and interact with guests sincerely to identify their outfitting desires
• Act as a label narrator to produce interactions that boost revenue and reach location objectives, keeping the guest as the central priority
• Exhibit principles and conduct in alignment with our “Words to Live By”
• Help in fostering a diverse atmosphere where our guests and staff feel a genuine sense of community
• Provide assistance for the showroom, dressing areas, point of sale, and inventory zones as needed

• Wardrobe experience in high-end couture or a robust understanding of movements and creator labels with the capacity to use that expertise to resolve shopper outfitting dilemmas
• Proficient talker with a background in establishing significant bonds with guests that encourage label faithfulness
• Versatile and resilient to handle work hours that align with commercial demands; varied or steady timetables may be accessible
• Capacity to navigate the showroom, inventory area, and workspace and carry up to 30lb, with or without a justifiable adjustment
