Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the final technical authority for the firm’s structural output:

Design Oversight & Preparation: Reviewing and preparing advanced structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring they meet both international codes and specific Dubai local amendments.
Authority Approvals: Leading the full lifecycle of Dubai Municipality submissions. You will be responsible for defending calculations, obtaining technical approvals, and ensuring all works comply with “Unlimited” grade requirements.
Project Coordination: Acting as the central technical liaison between architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure structural requirements are seamlessly integrated into the overall project vision.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring that every design is optimized for safety and material efficiency while strictly adhering to the latest international structural standards and local regulations.
