About the Role Your primary mission is to ensure the warehouse floor is ready for our members. This is a hands-on role that involves moving, straightening, and stocking a diverse range of merchandise to keep our “treasure hunt” shopping experience seamless. You will be responsible for keeping aisles clear of debris and safe for traffic, while also acting as a helpful resource for members who need assistance locating products. Efficiency and attention to detail are key to ensuring our high-volume inventory is presented perfectly every day.

Primary Responsibilities:

Merchandising: Accurately stocks and straightens products for sale throughout the warehouse.
Safety & Maintenance: Proactively clears and cleans aisles to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
Member Service: Assists members with questions and helps them locate merchandise with a friendly attitude.
Operational Support: Works efficiently to meet stocking deadlines before and during warehouse hours.
