No two days are the same at the Target Starbucks counter. You’ll be the expert who curates a consistent, handcrafted experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and efficiency.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Crafting the Brand: Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items to exact specifications, ensuring every guest receives a high-quality, handcrafted product.

• Guest Connection: Authentically greet and engage with guests, tailoring your approach to meet their needs and exceeding their expectations.

• Operational Excellence: Execute stocking, pulling, and rotation (FIFO) routines. Monitor temperatures for food safety and maintain a sparkling clean dining area.

• Digital Integration: Support the Starbucks Drive-Up process, ensuring our digital guests receive their orders accurately and on time.

• Store-Wide Support: Act as a true team player by assisting with Drive-Up, Order Pick-Up, or back-up cashiering as business needs arise.

The Basics:

• Attitude: A welcoming, helpful spirit toward both guests and fellow team members.

• Agility: Ability to stay focused and composed during busy rushes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Communication: Comfortable using handheld scanners and multi-frequency communication devices.

• Physical Readiness: Able to remain mobile for your entire shift, lift up to 44 lbs, and work in varying temperatures (including coolers/freezers and outdoor Drive-Up areas).

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide amazing training!

• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to accurately handle cash register operations.
