The Mission: More Than Just a Cup of Coffee

In this role, no two days are the same. You aren’t just making drinks; you are a curator of the Starbucks experience. Whether it’s a morning latte or a mid-shopping treat, you ensure every guest feels welcomed and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft & Connect: Deliver high-quality, handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food, prioritizing guest connection over tasks.
Operational Excellence: Execute stocking, zoning, rotation, and cleaning routines. You’ll manage food deliveries and maintain data accuracy for inventory.
Safety & Standards: Uphold strict Starbucks brand standards and federal food safety/OSHA guidelines, including monitoring temperatures and processing recalls.
Digital Integration: Support our Drive Up process, ensuring digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time for guests on the go.
Total Store Support: Act as a true team player by assisting with guest services, back-up cashiering, and order pick-ups (OPU) as needed.

Experience: Previous food service or Starbucks experience is a plus, but we provide amazing training!

Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
