Otter Products is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to spearhead our Indirect Carrier Sales team. As a global leader in technology protection, we are seeking a visionary people leader who can translate our founder’s core values of innovation and purpose into robust market growth. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the indirect carrier sales channel, balancing high-level strategic planning with a deep commitment to the OtterCares philanthropic mission. You will lead a high-performing team to protect what’s important while driving the success of our industry-leading brands, OtterBox and OtterCares.
Responsibilities:

Leadership and Development: Establish and provide resources to reach performance goals; lead talent development strategies, succession planning, and performance management.

Core Sales and Account Management: Full P&L accountability for the indirect carrier sales channel; oversee revenue streams and manage high-level partner relationships.

C-Level Engagement: Participate in strategic operations meetings and partner with senior leaders to contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Business Forecasting and Planning: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets; analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Marketing and Merchandising: Manage MDF budgets and collaborate with Brand/Channel Marketing to drive retail sell-through and coordinate promotions.

Channel Program Development & Management: Align with Finance to analyze investments and ensure desired ROI for distribution programs.

Sales Training and Awareness: Partner with product teams to develop comprehensive training programs and provide organizational updates on channel wins.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

Minimum of eight years of sales experience managing/leading sales account activity is required.

Minimum of two years in a manager role is required.

Experience working with indirect carriers is required.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
About the Role
As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will hold full P&L accountability for the indirect carrier channel, serving as the bridge between sales execution and executive strategy. Your daily focus will involve analyzing complex sales results to close performance gaps and partnering with demand planning to ensure operational alignment. Beyond achieving revenue targets, you will be a dedicated mentor, utilizing your advanced leadership skills to assess talent and facilitate the professional growth of your team. This role offers a total rewards package with a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000, plus a 30% at-risk sales incentive, all within a culture that empowers you to give back to the community.
