Is This Role Right for You?
This position is a perfect fit for SLPs who:
-
Value quality of care over the volume of patients seen.
-
Are looking for a sustainable “side gig” or a primary caseload with total schedule control.
-
Prefer working for a company that views clinicians as partners, not just employees.

Engaging Therapy Solutions | Yonkers, NY
The Company & Culture Engaging Therapy Solutions is a specialized therapy practice in Westchester County that focuses on multidisciplinary rehabilitation, primarily serving the geriatric population and those in long-term care or subacute settings. Its culture is characterized by clinical autonomy and a supportive, mentorship-heavy environment. In 2026, the firm is known for its “clinician-first” philosophy, aiming to reduce the administrative burnout common in large healthcare systems. The workplace atmosphere is described as collaborative and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary teamwork between physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
The Location While the practice serves various facilities across Yonkers and the broader Westchester area, it is deeply integrated into the local healthcare corridor near Saint Joseph’s Medical Center and the various skilled nursing facilities in the Ludlow and Northwest Yonkers neighborhoods. Working in this area offers a “community-healthcare” vibe, where therapists often build long-term relationships with local residents. The practice leverages its proximity to NYC to attract top-tier clinical talent while maintaining the more personal, patient-focused pace of a suburban practice.
